“We will treasure these pictures of Cooper forever!”

Jody Aplin says:

September 12, 2010 at 12:21 pm (Edit)

Thanks Maria for the wonderful pictures of our new baby Cooper! We will treasure these pictures of Cooper forever! You made taking pictures of a 7 week old look easy. You were so flexible and open to suggestions of the type of pictures that I wanted and then took some very creative shots that turned out great! It was so convenient that you came to my house and I did not have to take my new baby to a studio. That allowed us to use some special things from his room in the pictures making them even more personal. I look forward to many more photo shoots as Cooper grows!

Baby Portraits- Micah , Jody & Cooper Aplin.

This weekend I had the chance  to photograph 7 week old Copper Aplin, son of Micah, and Jody Wood Aplin. This is a example as well of a on-location photo shoot, this set was inside Cooper’s room, in the comfort of their own home. I can always bring my equipment with me, being able to transform any room into a photo studio. It was such a treat! Here are some of the images that captured some treasured moments! Congratulations again to the new parents Micah & Jody! I look forward to capturing more moments in your family’s life!

MJ’s Academy of Dance – Recital

On Saturday, May 15th 2010 I was happy to be able to go to my two nieces’ dance recital! Last time I went they were a lot younger… Well I was completely awed by how talented they are, & all the other dancers as well. I grew up dancing until the age of 14, from ballet, to modern jazz, to hip hop. Dance is such a important activity in a girl’s life, it teaches you so many important keys to use in life.  Hope & Hanna I love you both very much & I am so proud and honored to call you both my nieces, keep dancing and working hard at everything you do, it will take you places you never thought possible!
